BBQ Masala Fish

Most of us shrink from having to barbeque fish. But believe me, eating fish that has been smoked on a grill is incredibly tasty! And it is easy to make too! With Humza’s Masala filets that already contain the necessary spices your cooking time gets reduced to half!

A perfect dish for the Ramzan season!


  • 4 pieces Humza Foods Masala Fish - removed from the freezer and cooked as per instructions
  • A barbeque sauce of your choice


  • Cook the fish as per instructions and place them on a plate.
  • Rub the barbeque sauce on the fish. Cover or seal; placing them in the refrigerator. Turn them over from side to side once in a while. Keep in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Set grate 4 inches from the heat.
  • Drain off the excess sauce from the fish. Grill fillets 5 minutes per side or until fish is done when easily flaked with a fork.
  • Serve with some onions and lemon slices on the side.
