  • 1 pack sheesh kebabs
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steaks
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs and seasonings
  • 20 bamboo skewers

Hob (From Frozen): Heat a non-stick frying pan until it reaches medium heat. Remove a paratha from its wrapping and simply place it onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to turn it every 30 seconds while applying gentle pressure to assure it is cooked evenly. NOT SUITABLE for heating in a microwave oven.
