Humza Spring Onion Paratha

A deliciously flaky flatbread with fresh spring onions that originates from South Asia. The perfect accompaniment to any Indian curry or just as tasty eaten alone with a dollop of butter.


  • Wheat flour
  • Water
  • Margarine [palm oil, water, salt, stabilisers (E322 (contains Soya), E385, E471, E475), preservative (E202), flavourings, antioxidants (E320, E321), vitamin A, colour (E100, E160a, E160b)]
  • Spring onion 4.5% spices [coriander powder, black pepper powder]
  • Salt

  • 1 pack sheesh kebabs
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steaks
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs and seasonings
  • 20 bamboo skewers

Hob (From Frozen): Heat a non-stick frying pan until it reaches medium heat. Remove a paratha from its wrapping and simply place it onto the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to turn it every 30 seconds while applying gentle pressure to assure it is cooked evenly. NOT SUITABLE for heating in a microwave oven.
