  • 1 pack sheesh kebabs
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steaks
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs and seasonings
  • 20 bamboo skewers

Remove required number of pieces from packaging and place on a microwavable plate

From Frozen:
850W/2 min
750W/2 min 10 secs
650W/ 2 min 20 secs

Place the tikka pieces in the centre of microwave oven and cook on full power – product will be piping hot, so allow to stand for 1 minute before consuming
