Cooking Instruction


  • 1 pack sheesh kebabs
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steaks
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs and seasonings
  • 20 bamboo skewers

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

If allowed to thaw, reduce cooking times.

Deep Fry in hot oil at 180°c for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and the filling is piping hot.
