Ingredients

  • Dried or fresh red chillies: 20-25
  • Red chilli flakes: 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies: 1
  • Chopped garlic: 2 large cloves
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Tomato: 1, medium size
  • Onion: 1, medium size,
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Oil: 3 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A few sprigs of coriander

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients in the blender and grind into a smooth paste adding a little bit of water as required.
  • Serve with an additional bowl of green chillies in vinegar. The combination of both with the spring roll will be lip-smacking.
