Cooking Instruction

Ingredients

  • 1 pack sheesh kebabs
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin steaks
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs and seasonings
  • 20 bamboo skewers

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

If allowed to thaw, reduce cooking times.

  • Microwave

    Based on 850 Watt — 3 Kebabs

    Remove from packaging and place kebabs in the middle of the microwave oven. Cook on full power for 1 ½ – 2 minutes and allow to stand for 1 minute. Ensure the kebabs are hot throughout before serving.

  • Oven

    Temperature: Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C — Time: 18 to 20 mins

    Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes. Turn occasionally. Ensure the kebabs are hot throughout before serving.

  • Grill

    Time: 10-12 mins, Temp Setting: Medium
